These handmade dough scrapers mark a special collaboration between the late EJ Osborne of Hatchet & Bear and Vanessa Kimbell of the Sourdough School. Each scraper is individually made in Somerset with the highest attention to detail and quality of materials in mind; catering grade stainless steel blade, walnut handle and brass pins to hold it all together.

This special batch of 40 scrapers was started by EJ before he sadly passed away last year and finished by friend Dan Gallally of Frome Hardware using EJs tools and materials, although we are planning for more to be available in the future, this will be the last batch from this provenance.

A percentage of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to EJ's family
